Would you like an opportunity to sit in circle with other new mums to reduce the isolation that many feel in the first year postpartum?
Are you struggling with the confusion and conflicting advice that can come with pregnancy and early motherhood?
Would you benefit from professional and peer support to tune in to your body, your baby and your deeper instinct as a new mum?
The Under 1 Mum’s Circle is here for you!
We focus on;
Fostering a deeper understanding of yourself as a mother.
Tuning in to your body, your baby and your instincts.
Growing long lasting relationships with a community of like-minded mothers.

What you need to know:
The Under 1 Mums circle involves fortnightly face to face circles and an online chat group for discussion and mum to mum support.
We meet in person every 2nd Thursday morning at the glorious Solace Studio in Willunga South. 930 to 12pm.
Each Intake we have an opening circle, a celebration circle and 6 theme based circles. We sit in circle twice per month and share our truth about how the themes show up for us. This is an opportunity for us to connect deeply with our inner knowing and discuss the realities of motherhood.
We also share more informally about our personal joys and challenges and listen to each woman tell her story. (this is the focus of the opening circle) We don’t have guest speakers here because Mother’s are the experts of their babies and their own experiences.
Of course we discuss the big things like sleep, feeding and settling but rather than giving you advice, I support you to tune in to your self and your baby to find solutions that work for your family.
Each circle begins with a mindful movement / yoga session delivered by the talented and delightful Kate Doyle of Sol Yoga with Kate (who owns Salace studio where we meet)
On the weeks between we share support and connection via a private chat thread and Under 1 Mums are encouraged to meet up between circles.
The Under 1 Mums Circle is here to hold and support you up until your baby’s first birthday.
A minimum 4 month commitment to the group is required upon joining. This allows for deep connections to be made and trust to be built among mothers and babies - You will be able to extend your membership for 4 or 8 months at a time, until your baby turns 1 as long as there is space in the intake.
Mums are encouraged to join and begin attending before their baby is born, from 36 weeks pregnant. Mums who join before their baby is born have the opportunity to feel deeply connected and supported by their village of mums from birth.
The Under 1 Mums Circle has 3 Intakes per year and the best time to start is between 36 weeks pregnant and 3 months postpartum - sign up for your chosen Intake using the form below.
