For Postpartum Mums
This is the original checklist that I use with my postpartum clients to support them to not only check in with and understand their own needs better, but to guide how I can be of the most help during my visits.
I encourage new mums to pick 4 things each day that they need help with and rally their support team so they can make their own needs a priority.

For Mums with older babies
Just because your baby is older or has moved into toddlerhood, doesn’t mean you don’t still have needs!
In fact many mums find that it is even harder to get the time and space to think about their needs once baby is on the move.
Use this checklist to check in with yourself each morning and to help you direct your support people to where you most need support.

For Pregnant Mums
There is no better time to practice prioritising your own needs than before your baby is born.
Use this checklist daily during your pregnancy and practise asking for the support you need from professionals, your birth team and your family and friends to get your needs met.
This will make using the New Mums Checklist when your baby is here, that much easier!
